A warm Napoli welcome
The location was ideal for both shopping and exploring historical sites, and the owner, Natalia, provided invaluable local tips and recommendations. Each room came with free coffee and snacks.
The wifi connection was unreliable at times, possibly due to the thick walls of the building. It would have been nice to have a smart TV for streaming services.

The hotel's location near the port was quite convenient, making it easy to access the city's activities. It was close to great restaurants, and the room was well-equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and good acoustics. the host was hospitable and accommodating.
The breakfast solution was not very convenient, and we had to go to a separate galleria to have our breakfast.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean, and spacious. We loved the wallpaper and the balconies overlooking the busy streets of Napoli. The location was unbeatable, near Plebiscito Square and Toledo Street, making it easy to explore the city by foot and visit the main attractions. The service provided by Titti, the owner, was exceptional. She made us feel at home, always caring for her guests and ensuring everything functioned perfectly. We also appreciated the good acoustic insulation, comfortable beds, and the fact that the rooms were spotlessly clean. this hotel provided great value for money.
Nothing to complain about.

The room was clean and had a nice design. The bed was comfortable and there was free coffee available. The location was great, being near many restaurants and attractions. It was easy to get around and explore.
Christmas at the hotel didn't live up to my expectations. The breakfast options were limited and the place felt empty and lonely.

One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic location of this hotel. Situated in the historical center on a narrow street near the Port, we were within walking distance to the main attractions in Naples. We loved having a room with a balcony overlooking the busy streets of Napoli, providing us with an authentic and vibrant experience. Another aspect that impressed us was the attention to detail in the room's decor, making it beautifully decorated and charming.
All was just fine, with nothing that could have been improved.
